Especially for the Santos PX system, Santos has developed strong neoprene covers. They fit perfectly around the various Pendix components, each serving a different purpose.

Maximum protection during a car journey

The direct-drive motor of a Santos PX bike is a closed system, providing excellent protection against dust and dirt while cycling.

However, when transporting your Santos PX bike on the back of your car, rain can be just as harmful to your PX motor as using a high-pressure washer. To prevent water damage, Santos has developed a custom PX transport cover made from strong and durable neoprene.

Every Santos PX bike comes with this PX transport cover included as standard.

Special care for your battery's contact points

You can ride your Santos PX bike without the battery, but if you remove the battery, remember to protect the magnetic contact points of the PX holder from dust and dirt. Use the custom PX protective cover, made from durable and sturdy neoprene. It's also handy when transporting your Santos on the back of your car.

The PX protective cover is included as standard with every Santos PX bike.

For a longer range in cold weather

Did you know that a battery loses capacity at low temperatures? The extra-thick, neoprene Santos battery cover protects the battery from the cold, so that its range is prolonged.

Santos recommends to use this cover for temperatures below -10° C.

Also, remember to bring the battery indoors after your ride to ensure it stays in perfect condition.
