Pinion the Santos way
Santos is a Pinion specialist. We know all the ins and outs of this high-quality gearbox. And we have implemented it in our bikes the Santos way. With the Pinion gearbox you have 12 or 18 gears at your disposal. In combination with a Gates carbon belt, this drive is super durable and low maintenance.
Santos has developed a reinforced Pinion bridge for a stiffer frame and a quiet drive (no squeaks). With the special Santos belt tensioner you can tension the belt in no time. If you choose Pinion, your Santos is immediately E-bike ready. A very futureproof option, if you want to electrify it later.
Pinion gearbox
The Pinion gearbox is available with 6, 12 or 18 gears. It is extremely low maintenance.
Reinforced Pinion Bridge
This offers you high-efficiency in every pedaling movement and a silent beltdrive that is strong and super durable.
Santos belt tensioner
Santos has developed its own belt tensioner. This wheel for the Pinionbox keeps the belt in the correct tension, making it last longer. It also means that you can change a tire in an instant.
