Battery fully integrated into the frame
This bike is built for countless carefree kilometers. That’s why we’ve chosen Bosch’s largest internal battery (750 Wh), fully integrated into the Santos frame. This design offers extra protection against external elements. The battery is removed from the side, leaving the top free for water bottles or other accessories.
The most powerful Bosch mid-motor
This LowStep is equipped with Bosch’s most powerful mid-drive motor. It delivers a smooth ride and excellent torque, which you’ll especially appreciate at lower speeds. Climbing those challenging hills becomes effortless.
You might not see them, but when the LowStep is pushed to its limits, you can hear them working hard for you: the steel gears inside the motor. These are the same gears used in Bosch’s cargo motors—designed for extra power and exceptional durability.
Reliable Rohloff hub
This LowStep features an internal Rohloff gear system integrated into the rear wheel. Paired with the Santos carbon beltdrive, it creates a low-maintenance and highly durable drivetrain.
Great range and extensive service network
